When removing existing adhesives isn’t an option, the Existing Adhesive System provides a complete approach to prepare, encapsulate, and create a strong bond for new flooring. With products designed to encapsulate old adhesives and restore the substrate, this system reduces downtime while ensuring long-term performance.

 3. Patch (Not required but must patch or level)

QP102 | Quick drying skim coat + Patching compound 

4. Level (Not Required but must patch or level)

HFL200 | High Flow self-Leveling product 

 5. Primer (Required if leveling)

VBC301 | Versatile substrate Base Coat 

 6. Encapsulate Adhesive (Required)

BC9000 | Specially formulated barrier primer 

 7. Crack + Joint Repair (Not Required – use based on condition of substrate) 

CJR400 | Crack + Joint Repair for concrete substrates
